When you ask them what they want for themselves in the future you will hear stories about how they can impact the world as leaders in service to the world through their own endeavors. In fact, the school system that we currently have is based on the models of the industrial revolution and hasn't changed much since then. The schools were/are part of the industry and prepare people to become part of the labor force. In fact, schools that enhance the thinking and creative capabilities of their students are not seen in a good light. Interesting to know that we still accept a system that is so outdated. Would we accept to drive a car on a daily basis that was produced in the 1800's? We need to break the cycle and I'm happy to see that this is happening little by little. Thanks for this post!
